Dracula Rampage
Portfolio
I first became interested in video editing in 2009. At that time I loved watching anime and various films. Since then I began to study Sony Vegas. The first works were not very successful, but I began to devote a lot of time to the process. The first serious work took about 3 months and came out under the name “Dracula Rampage”. It was an AMV*, which I posted on amvnews. Having received good grades for my work, I started on the next project, but unfortunately my computer could not handle the rendering, so I stopped at a couple of small videos.
AMV* — an anime music video, typically a fan-made video consisting of clips from one or more Japanese animated shows or movies set to an audio track.
I returned to video in 2014, when I had the idea to write a track and make a clip about the collapse of the USSR. It was a lot of work — I went through piles of different sources to finish the clip. Critics met it ambiguously, and there were many negative ratings because of its theme.
